Royal Jelly is a substance secreted out of the nurse bee's head to feed all of the bee larvae.  It is fed to the worker bee's for the first few days but it is the food of the queen bee for all of her life.  It is believed that royal jelly can help in disease prevention, anti aging, to increase energy, and may have some cholesterol lowering and anti inflammatory properties.  There is a risk of allergic reaction that my be higher in people who already have allergies.  Consult your physician before starting any new dietary supplement.
